Plumbing and Heating Guarantee
We provide our heating and plumbing services to customers throughout West London including, Ealing, Hanwell, Harrow, Kingston, Wembley and Middlesex.
Omniscient Building Services (OBS) has been trading since 1993 and we pride ourselves on the fact that most of our new business comes from customers referring us onto friends and family.
We feel that part of our success is the guarantee that we offer. While each individual service has specific guarantees (for example, two year guaranteed workmanship on the installation of boilers and central heating systems), we have an overall guarantee that covers everything we do.
We guarantee that:
- All enquiries will be responded to within a maximum 3 working hours period.
- All quotations are in plain English, with complete pricing, and are totally without obligation.
- All prices on plumbing services including, Radiator Power Flushing, Boiler Installations and Central Heating Installations will be cheaper than British Gas. is offered to any customer if we can’t beat British Gas on a price comparison match.
- All works undertaken by us are guaranteed with a two year workmanship guarantee.
- Up to 6 years guarantee is offered on our boiler and central heating installations provided that the annual servicing is completed by us.
- After work is completed we will follow up with you to ensure that everything was done to your satisfaction. We will also follow up with you at a set time in the future (typically 6 months) to ensure that you’re still happy.
- We will ask you for a testimonial comment about your experience with us, because we know how happy you’ll be with the quality of what we do.
In short, we would love you to recommend us onto potential new customers and so we will do everything possible to exceed your expectations.
